Here is a little about me.

Real estate side of things:

• I am Realtor with WestUSA
• I have completed deals from entry level housing to million dollar homes.
• I keep informed about the real estate market both locally and nationally.
• I pride myself on being customer focused.  I learned these skills from parents that ran a small mom and pop business for 35 years.  
• I have investments in Phoenix, Alabama, and Atlanta.  I do the fix and flip, rentals, and raw land.

Excellent customer:

• Listening to my client’s needs, requests and requirements.
• Ensuring you feel comfortable about the transaction which means no pushy sales
• Keeping customers updated on their comps and listings in their area.
• Returning phone calls and emails in a 24 hour time frame
• Educating my customers on the process, paper work, and current market.
• Sharing my experience as a home owner, investor, and landlord.
• Requiring professional pictures & virtual tours for all listings to maximize exposure.
• Utilizing both the MLS and Realtor.com to increase interest in the property.
• Possessing the skills, training and experience to negotiating a solid deal.

Other things about me:

• I am originally from Lexington, KY.  I have lived in St Louis, Atlanta and now in Phoenix, AZ for 11 years.
• Hobbies: I enjoy outdoors, hiking, traveling, wine, margaritas, volunteering, sports, soccer, biking, cooking and BBQs. I am also active at my church.
• Community Involvement:

• Former: Big Brother for Big Brother/Big Sisters, Team in Training, Inner city Basketball coach.
• I have also worked at Intel for 12 years
• I have BA in Math/Econ from Bellarmine College and Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Teach.
